I really hate the whole concept of "Real Men"

Our maleness is innate. We're born with it, and have no need to conform to anyone's standards for it to be "real".

Your daily reminder that 'Boys should cry' thing is anti science.

Men cry less than women for two reasons:

Women have much higher levels of prolactin than men which is a protein that enables emotional crying.
Women have much lower levels of testosterone than men which is a hormone that inhibits crying.

Stop telling boys to cry. There's literally no evidence bawling your eyes out is more emotionally healthy than coping with your negative emotions by creating, tinkering, or exercising.

Boys are not defective girls.

Real men do what they want, they don't conform to any social premise they don't wish to, so take your feminised viewpoint and piss off with it, beta's conform alphas know they are born kings

Gatekeeping again... All men are real men, there is no need to adhere to some arbitrarily set metric to prove you can conform to a certain gender.

The problem with the whole "men should cry more" or "men should talk about their feelings" is that its controlling and dictating how men should do things, usually against their nature. Men express themselves differently than women do.

Usually the lines above are thrown around when someone has committed suicide, which doesn't help the problem, in fact it makes it worse for others with suicidal thoughts and depression, since it forces them to either conform to a certain way of expression or continue to suffer in silence or secrecy. Usually also it's simply a band-aid solution, when in fact most of the time it's more helpful to address the cause of the suicidal thoughts and depression.

For instance, boys are being taught throughout their lives that they are somehow defective, responsible for all the world's ills and a predator in waiting. Boys are being alienated from social circles for not conforming to a certain belief, they are ostracised for expressing themselves naturally (toxic masculinity, "real men do x", etc.).

This kind of stuff isn't healthy and often leads to mental health issues in the long run
