Me and my girlfriend of a year and a half recently broke up. We have a four months old baby boy together, and my ex is being terrible.

Throughout this, keep in mind that I never once mistreated her. 90% of my paycheck every two weeks went to her, I would treat her great, taking care of her and never saying an ill word against her throughout our entire relationship. Even though she has cheated twice and is a vindictive bitch.

Since we got back together after our hiatus during the second time she cheated on me, things have had their ups and downs. lately it has been more down than ever, which led to our break up. She has been nothing but terrible to me, saying rude and nasty things to me at the highest level even though I've done nothing but my best to keep her happy. But I simply told her that she has changed since we first met, she is nothing but mean to me and I don't want to be with her anymore.

Immediately she flies off the handle. She is nearly sixteen, and I am eighteen. Her and her mother claim that they are going to take me to court and press charges for statutory rape, and never let me see my son again, simply because she doesn't like me. I love my son, and can't bear the thought that I won't be able to see him again. Also keep in mind that whenever ME and her did the..."act", that it was 100 percent consensual and no amount of "rape" was involved.

But I am aware how women are generally seen as the victims in court proceedings, and I am worried that these charges will stick even though I've been nothing but a good father and a good boyfriend to an evil woman that has only ever done me harm.

What to do?
