That's easy, I don't make friends with negative and manipulative people anymore, ever. I realise it's hard to deal with that sort of thing if it's work ( This is why I'm working my arse off so I can hopefully become self-employed :P ) but unfortunately if there's no other option for you unless you really value your job the only way to get them to shut up is to seriously stand up to the stupid cunts.

I had enough of being trapped with horrible people in school a long time ago so I admit I can't really relate. The thing to remember is that you're an adult, you have freedom now, so if it's that bad it might be time to look for employment elsewhere or see if you can't complain to your boss if you feel that strongly about it.

By the way, if any of them are fat, I would have probably said maybe if they changed the water bottle once in awhile they'd lose weight but then again that might get you fired :P lol.

you have two options here.

Acquiesce and help her.
- Pros: You keep workplace tensions low, you improve workplace morale, and you dont gain this woman as an enemy
- Cons: you feel like a little bitch. You tell her that its ok to behave this way.
Confront her and tell her no- that we are an equal society, and she has no right to expect anything from you due to your gender, much like you dont expect anything from her by merit of her gender.
- Pros - you stood your ground. you communicated an effective message that says you arent playing into the current day gender paradigms.
- Cons - you will probably get written up if your boss is female.

It's really simple. You say, sure I'll do it, if you make me a sandwich. She says that's sexist, and you say "But saying something is man's work isn't?"

In one episode [of The Apprentice], two members of one team were shown arguing about a difficult aspect of the upcoming task. Somebody had to take on the responsibility for doing what could be an unpromising chore that was needed for the team but carried some risk and unpleasantness. The argument became heated, as each person thought the other should do it. The woman goaded the man with the phrase “C’mon, be a man!”

Indignant, he shot back, “You be a woman!” Immediately and almost shouting, she replied “I am a woman!” and went on to say more things. The man sat there in silence, unable to think of what else to say.

We can understand his confusion. He did not know why he had abruptly lost that argument. She had said something to him, and he had said essentially the same thing back to her, but his reply had somehow failed utterly. He probably thought that in this age of gender equality and fair treatment for all and so forth, “Be a man” and “Be a woman” would be equal, parallel things to say. Yet they weren’t. She was a woman already, and she knew it, and he did too, and she did not have to prove it. But once his manhood was questioned, he would have to do more to prove it than simply say “I am a man!” in a loud voice.

Just never do anything for a woman, EVER. It does not matter what any women other than the one who is blowing u, her sister and her mother thinks of u. Also, add to that list extremely hot ones.
