How old are you roughly and do you have any children together?

1/ Self improvement is a must. Good nutrition, working out, and sleep. 2/ Your brain needs to unlearn. You have to stop it from wondering and dwelling on the past and on her. Deliberately chase away any thoughts about her. Don't go down rabbit holes. Snap yourself out of it. Will yourself out of it. It will feel unnatural at first, but eventually your brain will learn that and unlearn her. It will be hard but works like a charm after awhile. Our brains forget. It will fade and you can greatly speed up the process. 3/ Finding the other person repulsive for their behavior and what they have done to you helps too. For me it actually turn into physical repulsion too... Sometimes that even comes first. 4/ Thinking that you won't have anything else ever or that you can't do better or that she is unique is deadly and ridiculous. It's happened for me doesn't of times and in all cases when I look back 2, 3, 4 years later I'm so glad those people are out of my life. Know that you will be glad it's over before you are glad. 5/ Ending it is for the better and it has to happen.
