Why would the combat ones offend you? The government didn’t ALLOW us to serve in combat jobs until recently. Women died being exposed to combat through other jobs such as motor transport or engineers etc... those numbers will likely rise now due to infantry being opened up to women who qualify, but it will never be an equal number, since women are 12% of the military population. Men are already offended we are “allowed” into these jobs now( personal experiences) they wanted to gate-keep it as a male only job. So why is that one so awful to you?

( I assume all the stats are for the US but for arguments sake I'm treating them as they are the same for my own county Sweden)

Anyways as a man myself I fail to see the problem with all of those stats except for the "average sentence by gender". Should be the same sentence for the same crime no matter what gender. I could see a counterpoint however in that men are probably more prone to repeat offenses when it comes to violence, speaking generally. Could make sense to lock away men for longer just to keep them off the streets. A violent man will probably cause more havoc than a violent woman.

Point by point:

Combat deaths, of course it should be men that dies. Female can have roles in the army but only men should see combat.

Suicide victims, men are more violent which shows in suicide methods as well. Men are also less likely to seek help from others. Men internalize more and are more "lone wolves". It's just pure biology that that men will always lead that stat. More women will "cry out for help" by using ineffective methods. Men will more often choose to blow their brains out or hang themselves.

Industrial deaths and accidents, men are physically stronger and wired to be more "thing oriented", women more "people oriented". Men are also bigger risk takers. It's also in our history that men took tough jobs to provide for their family. It's just natural that men are choosing more dangerous dirty jobs in industry.

Winner of custody, a woman is more suited for raising a child in general. Of course it can shift depending on the person but if everything else is fairly equal it makes sense a women wins custody. It's just pure biology and makes sense as seen from a historical context. Can go way back and men have always been the parent the child has seen less off. Women are natural nurturers( edit: they carried the baby inside them as well, that should count for something, it's a very strong connection).

Homicide victims, yes men are more violent. Men do violence against each other. We have a built in instinct to protect women and children. Obviously lots of men still abuse women and children but overall men will use violence mainly against other men. Hence men are more often the target. Men are also acting in ways which causes conflict. Gangs and the like.

Really not here to debate. Just bored and decided to make a post. I think you guys will have a really tough time to win sympathy honestly. I can understand what you are doing to a point but the realities of the world are not on your side. Most guys don't care about other dudes. What tugs at our heart strings are women, children and the elderly. Men are and always have been more expendable. It's our role to protect those groups. If I had to decide to save a woman or a man for example I would choose the woman every time. It's just pure biological instinct.

Oh dear. How did I end up here? I’m a male, but this isn’t right. Woman have only recently been allowed to fight in war. Wait.. why should I get worked up? There isn’t any point to attacking misogynists, they’re unchanging.
