I'm starting to feel incredibly frustrated-- where in the United States can I move to where women aren't conditioned to assume men are out to rape & kill them?

I have a close female friend who I shoot a message about once a month when something about the female mindset confuses me (doesn't happen often. I see through aaaallll the shit.)

Anyway, I wanted to go visit a girl I'm crushing on two hours away, and wanted to find a way to do it without seeming desperate. My friend's reaction was, "She's not 11 years old is she? You're not going to rape her, right?"

No, that isn't a reflection on me, I've never said or done anything that would give her a reason to say that... and I find that my friend said is echoed by about 90% of the females I meet on the east coast. They automatically assume I'm going to try and rape them, and instead of following social convention and just keeping it to themselves, they tend to accuse me of being a rapist.

I don't understand. I'm an ex-pat. I lived in China for seven years before coming here. What parts of the country can I move to where I can have female friends that aren't complete and total fucking idiots?
