Why do people even bring up the legal aspect?

Even if it's never heard in court the guy's name is ruined. He can lose his life over a false accusation.

There so many people so stuck in there bubble. Of women telling each other horror stories like the life in some 3de world country and being pulled in bushes.

Sure it does happen. Just cause society gets better does not mean there are no bad people.

But if you treat every person like the could be the worst thing. And automatically believe all women without proof of there claims.

The other side is then when the bad things does happen. People are much less likely to help you. Cause that what happens when you treat everyone with wide brush strokes.

But people that live in a bubble and tell each other horror stories trying one up each other cause being a victim adds status now a day. Being a victim and true trama is like owning the new Birkin bag. Its used as a resource to get liked and get ahead.

And its so sad. Not just for the men that get trown under the buss by false claims.. but also the real victims that did go true bad things. There experience s get devalued.

So it's a shit sandwich for both sides but the people lied and pump up others to lie too cause trauma and being a victim is the new hip thing.

Super sad. Cause the states are nowhere near the claims women make it out to be the epidemic the make it out to be. But its gaslighting to show statistics

And the talk about court aspect. But just hearing roamers of rape on a men. Even if it never gets into a court. His life will be heavily affected.

Why innocent until proven guilty was a thing. Cause being seen as a suspect or being guilty is a giant difference. And that justice is blind how it should be. Is a far cry from what is happening nowadays.

So protect yea self. And just avoid women in the workspaces.

That fact that famous personnel Johnny depp had multiple sources of proof ,provide by amber heard herself, that he was one being abused still his name was dragged in the mud. But still women are always the victims. I thought this case would finally be a turning point for actual equality but obviously I was wrong.

In 1955, Carolyn Bryant Donham accused Emmett Till, a 14-year old boy, of assaulting her and got her husband and his brother to kidnap, beat, torture and then shoot the boy before tossing his body into a river. Both men were put on trial, were acquitted and Carolyn Brant didn't admit it was a lie until 2007.

Despite all of that, she never saw a single day in jail. In fact, Mississippi courts refused to prosecute her as recently as 2020. She lived to be 88 and died a free woman just a few months ago.

Wait until they find out that there are also men who were in prison for years before it came out that the accusations were false. They can never get those years back, and usually the woman walks away with zero consequences.
