The guy that proposed this doesn't understand the difference between denying access to a procedure and forcing one. He just used his last 3 remaining brain cells to come up with this overused bullshit rhetoric which is devoid of any logic and rationale.

His analogy is so flawed:

Female equivalent of a vasectomy is a tubal ligation, not abortion.
He’s equating a mandatory surgery to a possible prohibition. Very different things.
The Supreme Court ruling is about the constitutionality of Roe V Wade, so he’s comparing constitutional law to a bill he’s proposing, again bad analogy.
His vasectomy bill would mandate a surgery. The Supreme Court decision won’t mandate anything, but will leave the decision to the states.

Bottom line, his bill of requiring vasectomies is in no way equivalent to the Supreme Court decision. It’s simply misandry.

Sometimes I wonder if politicians make arguments like this with the intention of losing. It would be easy to attack the proposed bill on the grounds that abortions shouldn't be a civil matter or that the rape exception promotes false allegations.
