We ALL have pain

This is the kind of advert that makes me angry. Instead of saying that PEOPLE S pain goes unnoticed (which is objectively true of course and on which we can all agree), the advert focuses on bias against...yep you guessed it: women.

Adverts like these are so divise because they always imply that only women s sufferering goes unnoticed: and therefore no one else s. And that is why men like me feel compelled to write posts like this.

I d like to point out that there are hundreds - if not thousands - of men, whose physical and mental health has also been completely ignored: for example, the mental health of depressed and suicidal men. How many have suffered in silence after funding for support services has been cut?

So instead of focusing exclusively on the suffering of one gender at the expense of another, how about we remember that PEOPLE suffer in silence: including men too?
