I mean, so did Kim kardashain crying become a meme too. That’s not proof. The proof is that most support systems are geared towards ways in which women cope with problems, talking, sharing. There is very little in the way of what works for men...because men don’t know what works for them. They don’t talk about it with friends and so it’s hard to gauge what is best. Female centric “sharing circle” type of support is not something most men enjoy, and yet there doesn’t seem to be much in the way of alternatives.
