People jus don’t understand what we mean by false allegations. If something can not be proven true or false, NOTHING HAPPENS.

These women would only be punished when facts PROVE she was KNOWINGLY lying.

I guess it goes without saying that no one is talking about a rape victim that couldn't prove their case. Not being able to prove you were raped is different from lieing about being raped.

We are talking about cases that have been proven to be a lie either by the accuser admitting to have made it up or by evidence beyond a reasonable doubt proving that the incident was maliciously fabricated. Cases where the accused life and reputation has been negatively impacted as a result of the false accusation and public resources have used to investigate the fabricated incident.

I don't understand how everyone assumes that not a "guilty verdict" from the accused, means that the accuser is automatically found guilty... There would be another trial where it has to be proven
