You've laid out a cultural argument based on identity politics within a power relations framework. This framework works very well for feminism but I don't think it will work for men.

Advocacy for women including Feminism is a movement based on grievance that has been very successful. Essentially they say "I have a grievance. This thing is unfair/bad." and then society begins reforming itself to fix the problem. Biology and evolutionary psychology has many mechanisms that let this grievance strategy work for women. For example, consider the "women are wonderful" effect: Both men and women have more favorable views of women than they do of men, but women have an in-group bias 4.5x stronger than those of men. This is genetically baked in solidarity and genetically baked in sensitivity.

Men don't have the benefit of any of that. There is no in-group bias. There is no built in sympathy. Instead, we have the evolutionary psychology of disposability.. against enemies, against beasts, and in dangerous jobs. Therefore, I'm not convinced an advocacy group for men based on highlighting unfairness/grievance can gain any traction. The MRM has been around for decades and has done a tremendous job educating men about the issues they will face, but I have not seen that convert super well into an identity based advocacy let alone legislative change. Every public institution is still extremely anti-male and continues to move in a more anti-male direction. The culture is still very anti-male.

I think if we want real change for men we will have to come up with a unique strategy tailored for men, but I'm not sure what that looks like. All current social change models are based on the same tired memes.

Rich men get taken to the cleaners constantly by the court system. They just have enough money to cut their losses, pay the woman to go away, and move on to the next.

I would NOT be so sure and let's be very blunt now, if you look at Sweden, the epitome of Feminism for many, you'd also need to see how men adapted to this new system over there - by overwhelmingly focusing on their own interest(s) as well.

It's far more common in Sweden to have casual sex, reject marriage and being "taken to the cleaners" is very rare, it's mainly confined to immigrants who hold onto outdated norms that simply tend to backfire at some point. Your average Swedish guy is healthier, lives a more fulfilling life, his lifespan did catch up to women quite much over the last few decades and yes - he's far less likely to foot the bill for anything and is dating much easier.

NONE OF THIS WAS DUE TO FEMINISM ITSELF. You should notice that young men were taught to never pay for a woman by their parents, primarily their father(s) and their father(s) also taught that to their daughters. Society overwhelmingly moved on from outdated norms, although you still do have people who practice those old norms as well but they're rare. Same goes with marriage and everything else - treating a woman as your equal means kicking many of the argument(s) out of women's hands to use you. Do you really think women wished all the norms imposed on men that play into women's hand to stop? Of course not, you also have many women who'd wish to have it that way - but MEN force women over there to accept new norms and literally play equality card to make women "agree" with the new norms or they're outdated.

In US the peer pressure mainly by "Conservatives" still maintains a different reality even in a your average liberal MSA, not to mention some village in Utah or Nebraska. Even though men increasingly reject to foot the bill and play "chivalry stuff", plenty of women still expect it and plenty of men set themselves up to be potentially used, while also pushing themselves out of dating or postponing dating - which leads to their awkwardness and overall bitterness over realization that women never waited for prince charming but still expect a man to adhere to retarded Medieval norms to further f*ck himself up for your Swiss cheese pussy lookalike.

The reason why men's right issues won't be solved is because just talking about it is a huge taboo. It's part of a bigger narrative these days largely shaped by the woke left where you can't be remotely critical of race/gender topics without being labelled as a bigot. It takes a huge amount of courage for any politician or public figure to broach these topics as they risk getting cancelled. You're only allowed free speech as long as it's in support of the narrative.

So everyone just takes the safe ground while these groups (such as feminists) continue to push their narrative further under the guise of tolerance and acceptance. It's getting ridiculous to the point where it's infiltrating our workplaces, schools, and public policy.

It's no different to things like LGBT rights or BLM. Started off as legitimately trying to push for equal rights and acceptance, but quickly overstepped their original intents as people keep pushing their agenda further.

Men problems are just human problems. If you start to look at it this way everything is solvable fast. It's superiority and double standarts movements and ignorance which created this distorted view that only a human woman can be a victim of anything.
