I'll start off with a little about me. I’m currently in Madison, Wisconsin and I’m a senior in college. I've never been the kind of guy who joined student organizations or anything like that, but this year, I decided to look for an organization where some good could be done. I was hoping there would be some group for men but after looking through the list of organizations, it became obvious that there were multiple groups for women and "empowering women", but not a single group to even consider issues men might be facing.

Then, after looking for any local group discussing men's rights, I did manage to find one. It's called the "A Men's Project" and it focus almost exclusively on women's issues, patriarchy, and sexual assault. This means one of the most readily available groups for men near here, is a group that condemns men and masculinity.

So this brings me to now. My goal is to start a group based in Madison that really deals with Men's Rights. It would not only be a group for discussion but it would be a group to focus on activism and the issues facing men in the local area.
