How is an emotionally unstable man more abusive than an emotionally unstable woman?

I feel that both questions should have the top answers, except the "hold them even if they resist" that's also abuse.

It seems that, as a large male, I feel .ore and more isolated from society do to posts, comments, and articles like this.
