Who is a "Dayooth/Dayyuth" ?
Men who do not have ghayrah are known as a dayyuth. Ghayrah or Gheerah is protective jealousy. In Islam men are supposed to have protective jealousy over their women.
Three people will not enter paradise, and Allaah will not look to them on the Day of Judgement: the one who is disobedient to his parents, the woman who imitates men and the ad-Dayooth. When asked what ‘a dayyuth meant, the Prophet replied, ‘The one who does not care who enters into his wife. [Musnad Ahmad (2/134) No. 6180]
Men are the leader of women, so they are also responsible for maintaining the dignity of their women.
Men are the protectors and maintainers of women" (Quran - Surah An-Nisa: 34)
Ghayrah is such a important thing in Islam that it transcends from being only a male-female dynamic. Allah has ghayrah over the believers.
Narrated By Abu Huraira: The Prophet; said, “Indeed, Allah has ghayrah, and the faithful believer has ghayrah, and the ghayrah which Allah has is provoked when a believer commits that which Allah has forbidden.” [al-Bukhari (4925) and Muslim (2761)]
So, a Dayooth is a man who does not have protective jealousy over his female relatives (Wife, Daughters, Sisters, Mother etc). According to Prophet (PBUH) the Dayooths will not enter Jannah. Calling someone a Dayooth is a heavy allegation. Please think carefully before calling someone a Dayooth. We can only call someone a Dayooth if that person exhibits a clear lacking of Protective Jealousy.
Are you Muslim? Because you don’t seem to understand anything about the religion. A Muslim woman should not marry an uncircumcised man. A Muslim woman will not be raped if she has a male guardian until marriage. If we practiced Islam properly in a moral society then there’s no reason for her to have a broken hymen, which are not easy to break without forceful penetration.

And Muslim women can surely be raped with a Muslim male guardian. Madina itself was invaded and several women were raped. This was during the time of the Sahabah. It was so bad that it is said hundreds of unmarried Muslim women gave birth to fatherless children.
