Rape is rape if a threat of harmful force, or force itself was used. Alcohol robs someones ability to consent, but we need guidelines to establish how much is too much still. So drunk is rape.

Coercion is not rape. There is no legal jurisdiction that defines it under rape. However, sex under coercion is still going to suck.
