I believe that the majority of trans* people transition to relieve dysphoria, but Yaniv is so obviously pretending to be trans* in order to target groups that he either wants to harass or perv on that seeing him referred to as she is like being told a leopard is an apple. I don't think calling people like Yaniv out for being disrespectful at best and dangerous at worst to women is incompatible with supporting trans* people in general.

I really see her(her=he) as living and breathing trans boogeyman that the conservatives have been whining about ever since the whole concept of transgender have entered the public eye.

I honestly don't know what to make of her. There is sooooo many controversies around this single person that all I can really do is to label the sum of her character as "creepy".

I'm not sure if she is a trans person who is perverted or one of the most elaborate trolls of the 21st century. It is almost unbelievable the stuff she says and does.
