I wouldn't say that, but men do gravitate towards extremes both good and bad so it probably is true that the worst men are worse than the worst women and they are also more common.

No. Good and evil are masculine constructs. Men are good or bad depending on how men define morality.

Femininity is the counterpart to masculinity which means it lacks moral polarity all together. Women are just women. They're neither good nor bad.

Thats not a fact. It could be an observation, or a trend. Human thought processes and interactions are far to complicated for this reductionist conclusion. You cannot isolate a bad action of a man, or a good action of a woman to be inherent to that individual. Every action is informed by actions prior.
