People listen to the advice of randos on reddit with the most important things of their lives (i.e. r/relationships_advice, r/wallstreetbets)... I think that tells you all you need to know about the level of trust around.

Nah, I'd probably listen to 2 of his videos and decide he's not worth subscribing to, precisely for the reasons you mentioned. He kind of reminds me of Sandman or Mayor of Mgtown, just not great at his "job" and a bit nutso. Hopefully the YouTube algorithm would show a video by huMAN or Entrepreneurs In Cars instead. They're better RP/Mgtow content creators overall.

WOULD YOU listen to Financial Advisor on youtube that tells you how to handle your money while he is sitting in a dirty rented cubicle or in mom's apartment?

People listen to things that they can apply to their own lives. A dude making a "how to handle your money" video from his parents basement might understand what a man living in his parents basement is going through, and be able to give advice on much more specific issues related to their exact scenario. Men living in their basement might benefit from picking up good advice "for men living in their parents basement".

A YouTuber offering sound financial advice from a solid gold yacht isn't necessarily going to be saying anything useful to a person who will never own a solid gold yacht. It's not relatable.

I'm not saying people should only listen to people in their own demographic and sharing the same problems, but there absolutely is benefit to listening to people going through the same stuff you are.

It's often the opposite problem. Guys who have, and have always had, all the qualities needed to be popular with women naturally telling guys without those qualities how to get laid. In some cases, it is laughable.

Though in some cases, there is effective advice and strategy to maximize someone's chances to get laid where they would not be successful without the tactics. But this is often sadder and based on excessive deception.

And in the end, when the goal is primarily to get sex, you have a problem.

Coach red pill is one of the most delusional and sad (give me a break) "coaches" out there.

The whole mainstream manosphere is cringy, for example dudes from 21 studios. How they tricked other men to waste money on their conventions will remain a mistery to me.
