Thing is, the wage gap really only exists in the higher tier of workplace, CEO's, movie stars and the ilk. While most of it's chocked up to woman choosing family over carrier, as children are necessary for the continuation of the species, the question is, why do we penalize that. The nuclear family is not the base-line family anymore, so we need to be adjusting career practices.

As for your taco bell reference, the lower the job on the grand scale, experience needed, and pay, you find more woman. Woman dominate the service industry, and even in entry level positions make more then men sometimes!

The wage gap isn't a myth, it's just a statistic that don't equally apply across the bored, more so it's a relic of a couple years ago when the wage gap was still noticeable in even mid-level jobs. Now it's shrinking and really only exists in the most exclusive of jobs. But to say it's a myth is as factually wrong as trying to apply the same number (70%) to every level of work force.

Because while it does exist, it is much more complex than simply "men get payed more upfront".

Why do you disagree with the others? Rape culture just means that sexual assault is not taken as serious as it should be, and the last two refer to the fact that Western society is run primarily by a certain demographic (men), who thus tend to endow other men with certain benefits.

The only episode of Rick and Morty I don't care for is the season 1 episode called "Raising Gazorpazorp". In one scene Summer falsely claims women make "70 percent the salary as men for the same job".

How is it feminists fault that other people cite their claims wrong? Feminists are actually saying that the median woman across all jobs is earning 78% of what the median man is working.

In fact most of the arguments that anti-feminists bring to debunk the wage gap are the same arguments that feminists themselves bring to explain it, but the difference is that anti-feminists are merely arguing against this strawman version.

I don't support the blithering of the wage gap, but arguments against it have been worse. This logic is more stupid than one could strangle out of a dopey-eyed crackhead.

There are multiple explanations to explain away most of the wage gap that do not infer sex discrimination. However, there is a fraction that is unable to be explained--claiming you have the reason is as fraudulent as they. In the case of the average woman, the wage gap is often statistically insignificant and that's all that need be said.
