What is an average man by today's society? Or even here on reddit? I keep seeing 5'9, 197 lbs with a waist circumference of 40.2. That's 28% body fat!!! What the fuck?! That's statistically average but I know for sure, as a 5'11, 145 lbs with a 30 inch waist at 11% body fat that I don't see someone OVERWEIGHT as "average". The average guy by standard is statistically a 6.5-7/10. Now I'm not trying to credit myself by any means, but like I could never imagine being at 28% body fat.

The average guy I picture in my head has the following qualities:

Reasonable height (5'8 or over)

Body fat of max 18%

A little bit of chin/jaw or facial harmony

Head full of hair (sorry but for average 20's male that's how it is)

I see all the time that the average man struggles, but what the fuck is an average man? What is an average man here??? If it is truly average here, then obviously the idiotic cult-like whining here obviously translates to real life. But oh no, "I'm well liked in real life, I'm very outgoing, I'm normal". Mhm yeah I thought so too, until I personally realized there is a difference between people wanting to be genuinely around you and them just being nice when they HAVE to come across you. Want to know how true that statement is? Just look at how much time you spend on reddit as opposed to with people outside. I know that helped me realize my shitty attitude and outlooks on life.
