If this is real and she's grateful the answer is simple: You pay him back the money he spent and go on your way. Now if there was some other things involved like her leading him on. Then things get a bit complicated. But still pay the guy back the money he spent and apologize.

You all realize you’re talking about a 16 year old girl without parents, right?

You don’t do favors for anyone, let alone a minor with intent to trap them into a sexual relationship.

She can pay him back, she can pay it forward. She has no sexual or financial obligation whatsoever. If he was young like her, sure pay him back. If he was older, he should have known that a 16 year old is likely going to change.
