It’s written by a man in the vein of “how to be miserable” as semi satire/self-help.

If you read the authors comments it’s clear that the target audience is men, and informing them on how vulnerable they are, and steps they can take to protect themselves from deranged numbskulls who would seek a book like this unironically.

So if anybody actually bothered to look into it, it's more like a book that gives advice to businesswomen on how to file sexual harassment claims against powerful men that usually get away with that sort of conduct to their power and status. And while it could be used as a tool to file false claims, that wasn't while it was written.
