Disgraceful outcome. I don't think the young men she falsely accused would have been given a 2nd chance. What is the deterrent here if women feel they can accuse anyone falsely and get away with it. She needs to be named and shamed so all men know to avoid her, or do we need another case like Jemma Beale? (She falsely accused 6 men in separate cases...all proven to be false, before she was jailed). Those men had their lives ruined, all because of her fantasies.

I'm pretty sure the judge did this because of "politics". Also this case was shady as hell. Girl was denied legal counsel while being interrogated in a room for over 10 hours. Then denied bail while she sat in a cell for a month.

I have no idea who is really guilty here. I hope it is her, so that 12 rapists didn't just go free. If she was the liar here, I hope that month in jail taught her something.

This ain't it guys. After filing her report, they locked this woman in a police interrogation room for hours until she recanted, charged her for recanting, and then shuffled the accused rapists out of the country as fast as possible. Even her "confession" is pretty suspect, as it's written in bizarre English and she was born in the UK. You don't have to be a feminist to think this isn't how a rape investigation should go down. I'm not saying this establishes the guilt of the accused men either, but this whole process was a sham.
