It can actually be an even less favorable number like "80% of domestic violence is female on male" and they'll still try to spin it so that they're the victims.

The sexual grievance industry has managed to carve a huge amount of money out of both public and private coffers by pushing the narrative that women are and have been entirely oppressed for all of recorded history. Any factual rebuttal to this narrative MUST be suppressed or else it risks disrupting the flow of money into the industry. This is why you will never get a person who is dependent upon the funding from the DV industry to admit that the one way version of domestic violence that we constantly are berated with is a steaming pile of shit.

my ex was arrested for domestic violence, the cops were called on us, they were walking up to our house and saw her hit me in the face through the front window, they came in, put her in handcuffs and she spent the night in the clink. of course, it was my fault.

from the CDC. page 8 of the report. It actually puts women in a same sex relationship 2nd for rate of violence (43.8%) whereas bisexual women are 1st at risk for partner violence (61.1%)

Normally depending on how the category of violence is composed you will see normally 60%/40% to 50%/50% composition of gender.
