On another note, it should not be only manslaughter if they end up killing someone while driving drunk.

If they decided to get behind the wheel while drunk, they should be fully charged with first degree, it was planned just by getting behind the wheel in the first place while intoxicated.

Manslaughter is getting off too easy for something THEY DECIDED TO DO ON THEIR OWN. This isn't justice, she got off lucky and the justice system is fucked to let it slide on just manslaughter, that should be something like negligence resulting in death, not DRUNK DRIVING.
