A few years ago, a female co worker walked up behind me and ran her finger down my back to the top of my back side. When I reported it to my boss (also female) she was smiling and acting very nonchalant about the situation. When I said to her “would this conversation be going differently if it was a male on female offense” her attitude completely changed. She knew she had fucked up.

At the Brit Awards the other day Paloma Faith and Daniel Sturridge came out together to present the first award. Paloma went on to make a joke about thinking about pretending to trip just so she could cuddle up to Daniel a bit more.

Can you imagine the uproar if the roles in that were reversed? As it is I don't think i've seen a single mention of it.
