In my opinion, false accusations of harassment are an even bigger problem right now than actual harassment.

Why? - Because throught this "#MeToo" crap, we have developed this weird cultural understanding of accusations leveled by women being the truth by default. So an acussation, while requiring even less effort than actual harassment, does FAR MORE damage. The system and courts come down on those poor men being thrown under the bus by the accuser - and the accuser can do so with barely any risk and whenever she feels like doing it.

This woman should get prison time, roughly 5 to 10 years of hard time I'd advice. Make her a cautionary tale. Show women that their convenience IS NOT worth more than a man's life and freedom..

Man the shit that these people do is ridiculous. What was her plan when the defense attorney just asked the fucking phone provider to provide the text logs for that period of time.

They'd be long as fuck, and the attorney would need them sorted. You know what that means, lots of a fucking billable hours. And I highly doubt the judge would reject a demand to have expenses paid in a countersuit.
