The way divorces are treated my the legal system are absolutely fucked. Fine split the assets 50/50, but asking one spouse to support the other for the remainder of their lives is unfair and unsustainable.

what are you talking about? she got 9 MILLION POUNDS FOR FREE and this is reverse divorce rape? Sure, she lost her 175k pounds / year salary to do nothing after three years of receiving it. He got divorce raped. The judge simply just stemmed the bleeding.

You know we all say we would do amazing things with the money but statistically most lose it immediately. I'd love to say id open a food bank and non profit dojo and become a pro bono attorney but would I? I guess i don't know myself well enough or could never fathom such a windfall.
