What bothers me is the fact that she only gets charged with 4th degree sex offense. I use to live in MD years back and each time I heard of a male school staff commiting this crime, they end up getting charged with Sex Abuse of a Minor, which carries a maximum of 25 years in prison (which they DO deserve).
