Lovely list! Going to dedicate a spread in my bullet journal to these self care tips :)

I really like this, there are so many things to pick from, you'd be busy all day just trying to select a few at a time.

I've actually been doing some of the things on this list already.

Limiting social media (and people) and turning it all off for set times in the day. Except yesterday. and today. okay, i suck but I'm trying.

Unplugging from electronics. I did this for several weeks over the holidays as I was inspired by a friend who did it from Thanksgiving day until the new year. I visited her in the middle of that and the things she'd learned about who and where she was in life were really comforting and pleasant to watch. I decided that the next time I got mad about something on social media, I would also pull the plug. We took our granddaughter camping in the snow and it was wonderful and I was present and it was a win for everyone as a family.

Organizing and setting a routine. It's going to spring before I know it and I need lots of seeds planted and raised beds finished and our meat animals ordered and set up. There's so much to do that sometimes I forget I like this stuff a lot and let the need to get it all done spoil the happiness and the goodness from both being dirty and tired and having a pantry full of foods I grew with my own two hands. Everything is now on a schedule that lets me work on 5 different areas of our projects every day and there's plenty of time for rest.

time for stretching or icing/ massage and the nap time / be still time. I'm taking a note from my granddaughter on the napping and quiet time and I really like it. We do quiet time every day for no less than an hour. Turns out we both need it.

There's other stuff too, but those are the most important and effective things I'm working on. Thanks for this post Tempy!
