I'm grateful for my husband. His abilities and knowledge got him his dream job at a company he loves. Because of this, I am also able to have my dream job, being a SAHM. I am so grateful to have such a brilliant, hardworking man to support us.
I'm grateful for nice weather. It's been raining here, but today was nice and sunny. I was having trouble putting Baby down for a nap, so I was able to put him in the stroller and walk around our complex so he could take a nap.
I'm grateful for my in-laws who are always willing to step in and help when they can. It's great to get breaks and have Baby spend time with his loved ones.

I'd love to live by the countryside. I live in a big, condensed city area and it absolutely suffocates me. We have some nice hills where we are, and some nice scenery, but there's still so much traffic. This area is where the jobs are, and where my husband excels, so we are here for a long time. I'm thankful for the beautiful hills, it's a nice break from our last apartment which didn't have such pretty areas.

We had our baby this weekend, and my husband has been the biggest rock star of all time. From the beginning labor, through to the actual birth process, to recovery afterwards he has been.... just.... the best. I'm thinking about writing a field report about this later, but I just wanted to put out there that this weekend I realized how truly lucky I am to have the husband that I have.

I'm grateful for the recent holiday! My whole family was able to wind down and just relax, I also had time with my SO's family, I'm relieved that they seem to like me. Yay for chocolates!
I'm thankful for my SO who is willing to listen to me as we discuss certain topics that are quite in-depth and for me, had been hard to talk about. He is also quite accepting.
Once again, I must say I'm thankful for my grandmother and my father, they offer wonderful wisdom and actually keep each other in check. I balance what they say and consider them heavily before making any decisions.

Bonus: Suburbs! Though I would prefer city suburbs, the ones at the outskirts. I've been born and raised a city girl and I feel more comfortable having everything close by. I don't mind the crowds and traffic, but I do want a spacey suburban house and not a tiny apartment for a family.

Know what I mean?

Bonus question first: Countryside for sure. We are in the county with a nice manageable plot and are growing fruits, veggies, and meats and trading with others for their goods. I'm loving it and although it's a lot of hard work when there are easier, cheaper solutions, it's really satisfying and never boring.

It's been a nice mostly sunny few days and the lawns are cut and flower beds are cleaned up and ready to transplant. Grateful for that warmth and fresh air and dirty feet. Grateful to have our granddaughter around to enjoy it with us. She's 3 and so excited and animated about everything. So much fun!
We had to make some serious changes to our plans this year. It was a really big setback and it was difficult for my husband to figure out in his head how to move forward and feel good again. This last week, he's been the one to ask if I wanted to help him with projects instead of me with a list and demands of him. He looks and feels better and I'm grateful that he's able to get happy again.
Made some new connections and found an outlet for my bird eggs and breeding trios so I will be able to profit right away from the projects I started last fall. Grateful that it was so simple and that the people I get to work with are easy going and fun to know.

I used to think it was the city, but lately I think it's the countryside.

I'm grateful for my job. I'm glad I can make ends meet.
I'm grateful for my boyfriend, how patient he is and how much he is willing to do to make sure I am loved and looked after.
I am grateful for spring. I'm very much over this long, long winter.

My daughter got into the school we wanted, which is a huge relief and her cousin did as well, so I will get more time to be an auntie to her! It's a church school and really good, so i'm very pleased :)
Hubs for his backrubbing. My back was really sore last week and he helped me a lot and it makes me feel very loved
Hubs for his hard work. I get sad when he has to work away or late and I miss him terribly. But he is very dedicated and smart, and I know he works hard to give us a good life without money worries.

Bonus: Countryside, but not too remote! I grew up near a tiny village in Devon and I prefer living somewhere not quite that far from the nearest town!

I am grateful to my husband for being grateful. I know it sounds circular, but hearing his words of appreciation makes my heart melt every single time.
I am grateful that the snow is almost gone. I'm getting fidgety, I want to start my garden!
I am grateful that my friend said I'm a good listener.

BONUS: Countryside. I lived in the city for far too long. I like visiting the city from time to time, but I like living in a remote place. As for suburbs, it feels to me like the worst choice. You don't have the perks of the city (such as effective public transit), but you live too close to others to truly feel like you are in the countryside.
