I would not say it’s normal but whatever, it’s his decision what his dating priorities are. Dating 10 years younger is not that odd, it my opinion. I would be interested to know what his long term relationship goals are.

everyone is allowed to have their own preferences. i think it’s normal for men to seek younger women for many reasons like fertility and purity. if he wants multiple children i can definitely see why he is going after younger women instead of someone closer to his own age

Would you be judgemental if he liked tall women? Or short women? How about women older than him?

As long as they are both adults and dating each other consensually I really don’t see why it is anyone else’s business? Who are you to pass any kind of judgement?

I don’t even know what “judge” means anymore. Sure, don’t like, cut the guy out or doxx him for having this preference. Whatever. But is this preference usually a sign of immaturity, commitment issues, inability to appeal to women closer to your own age, etc.? Yeah.

We can be honest about that without making the guy out to be the devil.

Yes, that is wrong. Unless he makes them fully aware he plans to discard them at age 25.

Is he seeking a wife to marry and have children with? That’s a little different.

Ten years is right at the edge of a socially acceptable age gap (for a woman that young), IMO. People will definitely judge if he’s 35 with an 18 year old. I would not want my daughter in an age gap relationship like that. The bigger the age gap, the higher likelihood of divorce.

Women aged 18-21 have not experienced much life yet and don’t understand what they’re getting into with a man that much older. It’s better for them to paired off with men in their 20s so they can learn and build a life together.
