Its hard to say what will look good on you without seeing/knowing your face shape. I personally love my hair with layers and shaped side bangs. It compliments my face and helps softens my squarish jaw. Especially when I throw my hair in a ponytail. I love the way my bangs look with my ponytail. (Cept it does get annoying constantly moving them over to the side.)

You could always ask a stylist if she thinks it will look good on you and will compliment your features.

It would be helpful if you added a bit more information... What's your hair texture like, straight or curly? Is it fine or thick? What's your face shape, or would you like to accentuate any facial feature?

Anyways, I've always loved Reese Witherspoons hair. I think this cut is really nice. Blake Lively has amazing hair too, like here. Hilary Duff could be another inspiration. Or Lauren Conrad for the "all one length" look
