I know it’s too late to research ahead of time now, but you should educate yourself about sex now since you’re becoming sexually active. Knowing what to expect is how you keep yourself safe and also calm and relaxed. Not educating yourself about sex is irresponsible and besides, can cause you a lot of unnecessary panic. If you’re not responsible enough to do research you should not be having sex.

I’m sorry if this is harsh but, this is honestly pretty silly and is a question easily researched with the slightest bit of effort. It’s your health and your body. Do the work your body deserves.
