Hello ladies! 💜 So I've been asked out by a wonderful man I've met, and it seems very promising. He is my first date in almost an entire year, and I am so excited!

I am 23, with a 3 year old daughter. He is 27, military, and seems to be in it for his career! We met on a dating app (a little unconventional, I know) and have been texting for a few days now. So far, we've discovered we have a ton of interests in common, taste in music, movies, even niche ones like specific tabletop games we play! He took the lead, asked me out for dinner and a movie, and the second I said yes, he went ahead and purchased everything a couple days in advance. I've never had a man do that before!

That being said, as the date approaches, I'm feeling a bit nervous, which I suppose is a good thing! So I'd like to ask you ladies what tips you may have for me! Dinner is casual, but I've picked out a cute outfit already. Luckily, my style varies a lot, so nothing would look out of the ordinary, but how did you do your makeup for a first date? What did you talk about? Any important questions you made sure to ask to better vet your date? What were your limits, as far as physical contact, topics, etc.?
