Hey guys! I have a tricky situation.

Before my boyfriend and I began dating, he was very dedicated to his job. Rarely (if ever) took a day off, strict schedule, etc. now. We had a bit of a rough patch that we got through, and are better than ever.

After we were at our worst and made up, he took about a week off to spend time together. It’s a few months later now, and he’s been working less, going home early, finding coverage, etc (he’s the company manager).

The problem is that I love this. Spending time together puts me at my happiest. However, he’s been neglecting some of his work responsibilities and I find it worrying. We’ve been living together, and while I know it’s not my responsibility to concern myself with how he conducts business, a part of me feels guilty because I very much enable his behavior and even playfully encourage him to stay with me.

I’m torn because of course I want all the time with him I can get, I know I shouldn’t be egging him on. I trust fully that he would never let this get so bad his job would be at risk, but I feel like I should be encouraging him to be the best he can be.

Any tips??
