I think this is about demand instead of supply if you will. Find a guy that isn’t just looking for a quick fuck (many men wouldn’t turn that down of course) but would like a serious relationship. Being a great woman won’t really make a difference when you’re dealing with a “fuckboy” most likely, in my humble opinion.

All relationships do not start out as sexual ones. The ones that do, likely won't last. The best way to weed out men who only want sex, is to insist on getting to know each other without sex on the table. Don't put yourself in situations where it's possible. Go to street festivals or to see movies or a nice brewery tour.

The time limit varies, as to how long to withhold and is naturally impacted by your sexual experience, but if you don't offer it and it's all he wants, he'll walk and your number won't be any higher and your heart won't be as broken.

I can only speak for myself but my now husband of 19 years really needs to be cooked for, I saw that early in our dating that he liked that and I ramped it mega up! I could cook for a king in a castle now (and I do). Second was sex, sure, but what really made him want to keep me forever is really just an unexplainable fire that is still there after all these years! Weve done other things together, like starting 2 successful businesses yeah, he sees me as super smart and capable of course but at night, I’m his woman and I own him and know him in a way no one else can. False. If this is case you are probably aiming out of your leauge. So only way to get attention of guy is sex.
Ironically just putting sex on table without relationship is one of biggest turn offs.
I know it may suck to be told you are ugly for type of guy you want, but for many women this is simple truth. And they waste away their youth without being able to accept this painful truth and do something about it.

For your questions.
Some guys will not look at you or any other women as "relationship". All you can do is skip those. What you can do, make him believe some version of "i can have sex only with guy that is special to me and its hard to become special".
All wait x months strategies before doing stuff are in core this. Only way for him to believe in special bullshit is if he feels it on his own skin. Disclaimer if he ever finds out he waited others did not, relationship is over.
Aside from that more complete wholesome human being you are, more you will be seen as relationship material. As simple as that.

Tldr you must be willing to walk away without anything happening if guy wont commit to you. Never offer sex and then expect relationship. Its female version of being "nice guy". You will get burned over and over again.
