Hi ladies,

I've got a big personality flaw that I desperately need help in changing. I'm a confrontational, opinionated and cold person and I want to soften up and cultivate feminine attributes such at empathy, vulnerability, etc.

A brief backstory: it was my teen years that I developed those negative traits. I struggled with friendships and only had my mother as a 'role model'. No father in the picture. So I grew up in a broken home with an abusive, feminist parent some of who's behaviours and mindsets rubbed off on me. Those traits just grew worse through partly my own actions, partly unfortunate experiences. Prior to these things I was soft spoken, more gentle, definitely not confrontational and an 'accept it as it is' type of person.

I've since found the Red Pill and worked hard at changing my state of mind to reflect my now conservative beliefs. It's still a work in progress but I'm having difficulty changing aspects of my personality that are now second nature, such as always being on the defensive, being prickly and searching for reasons to distrust other people, being too competitive, aggressive and outspoken. Just to name a few.

I know that to have any hope of succeeding I need to be constantly vigilant against these behaviours and try to react in a more feminine manor, and it does get exhausting sometimes. Is there more I can do to help this process along and make it easier to keep myself in check?
