What feminism seems to forget is that even though women may hate seeing another woman celebrated for her beauty it's still the woman's choice, like they have been predicating for years.

In all honesty I also believe that the two women have completely different sex appeals - I'd be much more worried if my husband's coworker looked and acted like Sofia than Beyonce - I've never found the latter as beautiful as people say, while Sofia is fabulous in my eyes.

And lastly... say hypothetically that either one of the two is your daughter who would you be more proud about in front of your neighbours? The semi-naked one who shakes her crotch in front of people in the middle of 30 bums or the elegantly feminine dressed one who can also take a joke?

This is not to criticize what either one of the two did, I am just saying that I believe for lots of reasons one of the two is seen as an "enemy" and "competition" while the other, due also probably to her "bossiness" in songs and all the feminist talk, scares women a lot less.

Wow a magnificent article after I caught a re-run (well really just the tail end) of the VMAs yesterday. It pretty much hits on everything I was thinking and then beyond. I especially love your typical SJW reaction that uses "There's a difference between x and x" that they leave unexpanded always after being intentionally myopic.
