In my reflections, I began a list of the qualities that I believe a man should be. I encourage you all to add to this list and/or debate the qualities that I have already written.

  • A man must be a master of something.

  • A man must have a goal and make his mission in life that goal. If a behavior does not aid in the achievement of his goal, it is extraneous and must be discarded promptly.

  • A man must inspect his life, his mission, and himself regularly. Daily.

  • A man must judge and act swiftly and fairly, especially with regard to himself.

  • A man must keep his mission at the forefront of his thoughts and decision making.

  • A man may be afraid. But when faced with fear, a man must overcome it and act anyways.
