  • Know that TRP is about self improvement, become a better man. Not about getting girls. Girls come as a byproduct of your improvement as a human being.

  • Know your enemies. Know your self.

  • Accept yourself, your current condition, and think what you want to improve, want you want for life.

  • Learn from Endorsed Posters and Moderators, they will guide you with their knowledge.

  • We are a community that spans from teenagers to elder man so be patient, not everyone is on the same level.

And finally, after you swallow the pill you will be confused, have fear, be in denial, but do yourself a favor and ENJOY every one of those steps.

In the end you will notice that although you see, hear, read, listen to many different perspectives, you will be the one in charge of your version of TRP and thus be your own man.
