Well I can tell you now that women will brush you off because you have no confidence. Your whole post trashes your looks without mentioning any of the other qualities that make you attractive to the opposite sex.

If you're a woman, looks are generally the be-all, end-all because men generally value nothing else. At either end of the curve you have exceptions. To the far left of the curve are those omega males who will be glad to have a female in their life who doesn't charge by the hour. To the far right are the super alphas who will not settle for anyone but a hot chick who is also cool (i.e., a unicorn). But for the vast majority of men, they don't care what she's like or how she treats them as long as she's attractive to them. I asked my old roommate why he loved his girlfriend so much because they were moving in together after three months. His response: "Because she's hot and lets me fuck her without a condom." He was dead serious. No other reason for moving in with a broad than condom-free sex with an attractive lady.

For women, looks are one part of a mosaic they use to evaluate your social status. And social status is the be-all, end-all for women.

Social status is the measure by which your ability to provide for a woman's offspring is measured. By contrast, a woman's looks is the measure by which your offspring will continue to produce more offspring is measured.

Social status is determined by a host of things, each set of which is unique to every woman, but the general themes are:

Income
Care and maintenance of your home

Men who are extremely attractive have a leg up, sure, because women assume that a good looking man also has high social status since most good looking men are also alphas. This stems from a lifetime of success with women from a very young age that reinforces their alpha status time and time again until they reach adulthood.

But a man's good looks aren't the be-all end-all like they are for girls. Compare a woman from a reality show about vapid females like Real Housewives or Shahs of Sunset. Would you marry any of these women? I would certainly hope that if you've swallowed TRP your answer would be no. But there they are, married to men who value nothing more than a woman's looks.

That doesn't happen with guys, generally speaking. If you're good looking and you have no game, you're just as much of a loser to them as a nerdboy neckbeard. Your social status is low. They have no guarantee that you will be a good provider and breadwinner for her offspring. Her hamster squeaks, "Our eggs deserve someone else! There goes jerkboy alpha in the football jersey, let's go bounce on his pogo stick!"

Put one to two years of solid work in increasing your social status and I will bet all the money in my pockets against all the money in your pockets that you will see results and start dating women 3-4 points higher than your looks say you should get. This means you'll be routinely dating HB8s and HB9s. A true 10 may be out of reach......

It's definitely harder. I think also think you need to lower your standards in proportion to your physical appearance.

It's one thing which is ignored on here but plays a very big role in the real dating world; even with solid game you will still have a ''glass ceiling'' in terms of dating the higher quality girls.

If you're a 5 [average] you should always be aiming for the 4-6 range with average game.

7+ with very, very solid game. And by ''very, very solid game'' I mean hours and hours in field and hours spent working on your inner game.

So yes you are limited by your physical aspects to a certain extent. Women are hypergamous nowadays and one of the best signs of status is being better looking or on the same level as her looks wise.

Game has its limitations and cannot be applied as effectively against a woman who is on a higher level than you.

Also masculine looking men are nearly always alpha. You can easily spot a man with high testosterone features on his face [prominent brow ridge, prominent chin, small eyes etc] and they nearly always behave in an alpha manner. Even if they look average. I've seen a lot of average looking masculine guys pull women above their level. So it's not just 'good looks' in the typical beta boy model look but it's all about masculinity, both in your looks and your demeanour.

An average looking guy but with soft and beta features will have a harder time.

You need to not care about the result. Outcome independence is absolutely necessary if you're at a decided physical deficit.

Yes, you can internalize the behaviors of game and make sure you hold solid frame. If rejection is an emotional issue for you, I suggest practicing stoicism.

With limited physical qualities you'll have a much tougher time of it than someone who is 6'2" and been working out for a good long while, but that should not matter to you and you need to get there. Desperation, insecurity, neediness, loneliness- all those things will bleed through your interactions. You need to focus more on the inner game and your social skills to combat what genetics have dealt you.

Also, hit the weights and eat big/healthy.

The advice for you is the same advice for anyone else as /u/OccamsUsername detailed. Get fit, lower you bf%, internalize game etc You have simply been dealt a worse hand.

This means life demands you to care less about it, and quicker than others learn to do so, otherwise you'll just be swallowed by your own self pity.

To answer your question, theoretically yes. An alpha can be defined by his position as a powerful businessman, CEO - someone whose power clearly lies beyond physical strength. How you communicate that while outside of the boardroom, in my opinion, can only really be done through displays of material wealth and the 'I know I am better than you' attitude.

It works , it's about how you make the other person feel, if you are shy and pathetic other people will make fun of you and if she see that they're right she is gonna dump you , but if you act like a winner she is gonna feel like she won with you regardless what other people may say about you and for that feeling it doesn't matter your looks .

Of course being good looking helps, I have never been with a 10 but I've had many 8 or 9 in my life and while I'm not okay with that it's not like I have tried to put in shape so..

Women place a lot of importance in self-confidence. Many of them will take this as you being cocky or arrogant, and they'll put up a bitch shield. Don't mind them. You'll find others who are quite receptive, if not playful. So get out of that place where you have little to no confidence in your own characteristics and abilities. Just play to your strengths. Yes men with better genetics will win out sometimes, that's just how shit works. TRP is about you making the best of your situation. Not beating every other man on earth.

TLDR: Your problems are far from insurmountable, and yes "better" men will beat you at times, but fuck it. If your the best you can be then you will be confident and good enough to get women. Right now your defeatist attitude is your biggest issue.
