There's a lot of The Red Pill philosophy in Ayn Rand's writing; however just like any source use discretion, not everything fits, and at the end it's you who is in charge of what's good for you, and what works for you.

Your best best is to go to the source and read Ayn Rand's books:

Atlas Shrugged (a classic)
Fountainhead (a classic)
The Virtue of Selfishness (this is as close to TRP as it gets)
Introduction to Objectivist Epistemology

My thoughts:

Rule 1 is obvious.

Rule 2 is rocky because a lot of women seem to want to be admired unconditionally. If I'm fantasizing I'd say rule 2 should be: become the type of woman a good man can admire.

Rule 3 makes sense, I guess, but if a woman ever tried to come between my friends and I she would be out the door in 10 seconds flat.

Rule 4 is a pipe dream for most people, let alone most women.

Rule 5 is a shit test tutorial. Those "strikes" would mean very little, and if they got too annoying that would be that. She'd strike her way to the singles bar.

I would like to add: If you are in a relationship for longer than a few months and do not Feel It - leave. Don't do it like that hag in the freezing eggs article that spent most of her twenties and early thirties with some guy she didn't love.

Rule #5: Go on strike if the relationship is not working for you.

Yeah, remove intimacy from a relationship, let's see how that goes.

Google: ayn rand william hickman, click 2nd entry.

William Hickman was a violent sociopath that kidnapped and murdered, rather horrifically, btw, a 12 yo girl. Chopped her legs off. Ayn Rand thought of him as a hero for his contempt for what "society" thought of him. Rand considered herself to be a male chauvinist.

Talk about Dark Triad worship. Looking at her philosophy through this lens illuminates a lot of issues.
