Once you become really good at time management, you become good at literally everything else, very slowly as you fit times for activities into your schedule to keep yourself sharp and efficient.

You should always be doing something if you have something to do. Otherwise, just like smoke a fat bowl or something, I dunno.

A lot of people asked me if I go to the gym. It's a great sensation, it means the hard work is paying off.

I had a meeting with the president of one very prestigious consulting company in my city. Also, next week I will meet a VP from one of the biggest banks in my country. I am very happy about my network, I hope it will lead to interesting working ops.

I am fighting as much as possible my fear for social situations, hanging out as much as possible and talking to everybody. In my gym I approached a lot of people, including a solid hb9, and had a lot of interesting conversations.

To do list: Approaching more girls (low incentive cause I have a ltr, but will do it anyway), be more organized with college.

Progress:

Continued in the gym.

Went back to class even though it's PONR for my grades at this juncture.

Finally cut ties from all plates and potentials to fully commit to a new "Monk Mode" (my last being 2013).

Began exploring music again. I had completely stopped listening to music without even realizing it and it occurred to me upon putting my headphones in at the gym.

Failure:

Still do not have work lined up.

Still have not gotten in control of sleep since meds were increased.

Still spending too much time and energy on politics I have no say in more than once every 2 years.

Still posting in a Friday progress thread on Saturday morning.

15 days nofap after previous streak. Absolutely killed it at an interview I prepped really hard for. Getting another call back as well.
Lifting again. Had a panic attack and wrestled it into control despite the suicidal thoughts.
Gotten good at programming.
Just lagging in the girls, and the incredible amounts of stress department.

Aside: working on an article for here, any feedback?

Here's the gist: if you're not ready to NOT be a special snowflake, how the hell are you ever going to survive being a special snowflake? Do you have any idea what people who are really out there/different have to go through? The frame that you need to be fucking ben franklin standing in a lightning storm testing a theory everyone else in his entire lift thought was stupid ? you arent special, and fucking be thankful for it. There are people who have been where you are, done what you won't do and gotten where you want to be while you jerk off with your doritos, dew and dumpster porn. you're damn lucky that you have mentors, because if you can't recognize and listen to your mentors, how the fuck would you do in a situation without mentors?

Been putting this post off for too long now out of sheer sloth. Anyway, here goes another post.

Fitness

Bench and squat has gone to fucking shit it feels. Will be deloading next week so can't really say if it's temporary or not. Other than that I'm enjoying the new gym routine, especially the assistence work such as DB press and loads of chins and pull ups.

Judging from the weighing scale I've broken through a weightloss plateau. Speaking of that, today at the gym I decided to, more or less randomly take off my shirt (it wasn't that crowded) and do some posing in front a mirror and take a few photos "for the lulz". I had a good pump in my upper body and the lighting was close to optimal. Man, I felt so satisfied with my progress, I EVEN SAW SOME AB ACTION in the form of the upper 2-4 abs. Thinking about it makes me a bit emotional. Less than three years ago I was a miserable fat ass physique-wise. Today marks one of the best days in my fitness journey as I was a bit overwhelmed when I realized I truly have made some noticeable progress.

Two MMA sessions. I can tell I'm still shit but getting better almost every session. I'd love to be above average some day, knowing I can hold my own in a physical altercation. Long way to go but somehow it feels like I'm already reaping some "spiritual" benefits.

Still at the same MMA gym though, but it's because I more or less have been going for free. It lacks the social aspects I yearn for, so in the long term I need to explore other, local options.

Uni

In my last post I touched on my "exam anxiety", in particular with regards to sleep the night before. Pleased to say I was much calmer overall this time. Can't really figure out exactly why, but it might very well have to do with TRP concepts. I'm grateful at having partly overcome this inflated source of stress.

The exam itself felt good, i.e. just like my previous ones (which have rendered me good grades). Not celebrating too soon though.

Gotta get on top of things for my coming summer exam.

Relationships & dating

Went on two dates with the same girl. I cold approached her at night. Managed to k-close on the first date as we said our goodbyes. In hindsight I see that doing so is much better than not k-closing, but not ideal. We had drinks because I thought it's easier on both of us if we loosen up a bit. Physical intimacy/touching is extremly hard sitting across from each other. In the future I should find better bars/seating arrangements (or transfer over to her side in order to show a photo or something on my phone) or another activity all together.

On the second date I took her to the park. Managed to kiss/make out twice. Since she has given me loads of IOI over social media but I'm trying hard to stick to my rule of texting for logistics or teasing in between dates to maintain attraction. Feels "bad" not to respond to all "bland" messages but I'd rather enquire about how her week has been when/if we actually meet. Judging from our two dates her personality is pleasant, too. Will be seeing her within a day or two again. Must remember to keep escalating.

Went out once. Approached maybe five, two # but no response.

Might have some Tinder prospects and restarts for next week.

Been thinking a lot about how to form deeper male friendships as well. No clear plan yet.

Gonna try and go out 2-3 times next week, not for that many hours each time though. I need to keep the drinking to a minimum (~ 3 drinks) so I don't fuck up my diet and overall well being. Still need to step up my game and put in hard work.

General

Should get to work on my book stack.

1-2 days from a one week streak on NoFap. The goal in mind is to only fap once per week.

Been ending my showers cold practically every time.

Need to book a trip and buy some new clothes.

good: started talking to a girl then went on a date, nothing came of it and she said she wasnt interested so im moving on (while this couldve been a shit test to see if id push Im still not used to doing that) normally id still be trying to pursue so moving on feels like an improvement for me. also while talking to this girl I felt better not having to talk everyday and knowing I can just not respond to messages if there is no point

bad: still havent started the gym, approached less people this week because i lost my voice and it felt weird approaching when i literally could not speak. still approached a couple people tho.

Just landed a new job in the field I want to enter. This is a very covetable field that many people work for years to try to enter and I just got a lucky break. Starting in about two weeks, very excited.

Broke new PRs on deadlift and OHP this week, although I need to stop letting social situations get in the way of fitness (not eating enough, drinking too much).

Slowly combatting my PE with some new techniques. Had an HB9 in my bed last weekend and where I normally would have busted in 2 minutes, I fucked her for fifteen and made her cum twice. Feels good to have control of my masculinity again.

I need to put myself out on the line and work on my social game and approaches. This is my weakest link, and I think knowing that I can now perform better sexually will help me to be less nervous talking to women but we'll see.

Been pushing hard and seeing results in my overall happiness, energy, and resilience. Gym, reading, working, cooking all is as desired. Getting good sleep and have a good schedule set.

Realized I have oneitis for this special girl who I suspect is Lucifer's daughter. She isn't even hot, though she does have a nice face. Truth is, it is stimulating to talk to her. I enjoy the social dynamic between us -- always flirty, fight for frame control, sarcasm, etc. Not many girls can keep up with my style of conversation. She is one of them. We just get each other. Fortunately/unfortunately, I asked her out to hang out and she gave a lame excuse of being stressed with uni work. She said to give her a few weeks. I said I won't wait. On the surface level it seems like it's over, though I still want to fuck her. Still got another plate who is dumb but fairly hot. Hopefully she will take my mind of her. I succeeded in not being a beta orbiter, but failing in getting rid of oneitis.

I just got banned from another subreddit. I have only ever deleted one comment on my youtube channel, which was someone doxxing the wife of a man who hung himself (although I find her detestable). So I consider being banned an achievement that suggests I'm more committed to free speech, and the intelligence it inevitably brings with an upvote system, than any of these so called moderators on most of reddit. As millennials age and the new less politically-correct generations come in that's when things will be really good. These idiots and their safe spaces will be in the minority while human expression and the morality that comes with its freedom and awareness will not be hindered by their false, radical leftist moral crusades.
