tl;dr did not listen to my gut, found out months later...AWALT.

Summary: So I live in a large city in the South, where a lot of college graduates from large southern schools end up finding a job. Long story short, I end up meeting a girl from another southern school whom I had mutual friends with. Lets call her Alice.

Alice and I had gone out a few times, had drinks, and ended up fucking. It wasn't the greatest and we didn't talk for a few weeks after.

However, after seeing her out again we began fucking more often.

After a few more weeks the relationship moved into the stage where neither person was fucking anybody else, but there was no "defining" of what the relationship was. I suppose some would just call it casually dating. Alice would often tell me about how her ex boyfriend cheated on her multiple times and lied about it. She would say how its bad to lie and that you should just tell the truth no matter what you did. This ends up being ironic.

So one weekend this girl tells me about how she is flying to visit her friend in a city up north. Her friend happens to be friends/live with a good buddy of mine from high school/college. Lets call my high school friend Steve. So all weekend she is texting me and sending me snapchats of what she is doing. And late one night she snaps me with her and my buddy Steve in the back of a car that says "hanging out with Steve". I brush it off, whatever.

When she gets back Sunday she invites me to come over to her place to hangout. We are lying there on the couch and I ask her how her weekend was and "how hanging out with Steve was." She gave me a strange look and said "uhh it was fine". I calmly say "I know you fucked Steve, I dont care if you did. We aren't dating I would you just rather be up front with me." She vehemently denies it and gets angry that I would "assume she fucked me one weekend and then would fuck my friend the next". I let it go.

We continue to hang out more and more over the next couple of months, and I felt like the relationship was coming to the point where she was going to either ask/assume we were "officially dating" or I was going to have to end things.

I ended up ending things saying I wasn't looking for anything serious as I had a busy schedule and some other family issues going on at home. So on a Saturday afternoon I break the news. She gets upset with me, but I let her vent and then its over.

That following Monday after ending things with her on Saturday, one of my buddies tells me he found out this girl had fucked my friend Steve and her other friend from college who she was visiting both in the same weekend.....AWALT

So I decide to calmly text this girl and say "Look, I know you fucked Steve and this other guy, I just want you to just admit instead of lying". She still has the audacity to deny it and asks "why I would even think that?". I simply say "Haha goodbye, Alice." and have not talked to her since.

Lessons Learned: Always trust your gut. Even though I was able to fuck this girl for a couple of months and ended up dumping her, I could have saved myself the embarrassment of dating a girl who had previously fucked my friend and another guy in the same weekend without telling me.
