Intro.
This is just a quick advice on health that I have picked up. I see a lot of Men, and only Men, with similiar issues here, similiar to me. I have succesfully combated some of them. My latest doc even straight up told me "if you trully want to be healthy you have to become your own doctor"
Main body.
- Depression. Seems a lot of younger men feel a state of depression, eventhough the RP sets you free there are guys moping. They talk about suicide, how life sucks.
Fuck that shit. Life is not meant to be good, its meant to be neutral. Your doctor will get you any meds you want, he gets a kickback plus he is probably not nearly as professionally interested and capable to fix you.
Become your own doctor:
- 1 hour of outdoors. Looking up with confidence, doing something active. This takes away from sitting time and procrastination. Clinically proven effects.
- Pills only allow you a certain chemical boost, how you use that boost is up to u to create a frame and confidence that is not a depressed one. Get Vitamin D and K. There is no pill to make life not suck except for TRP.
- Attachement.
Lots of guys here are attached to past failures, past girls whatever. The prospect of that never leaving you should fuckin light a fire under your feet. You are working hard at becoming a bitter loser who will die early from anxiety and stress.
-
Clinical studies prove that you can get over traumatic and horrible events of the past by writing yourself an apology letter from the person that wronged you. Make it thorrough, put everything in there how you would have wanted to hear it. Poof! Its amazing, the brain doesnt care about it being fake, it only cares about the content. Read this to yourself daily. CBT charges $$$ for things like this because it is potent.
-
practice daily grattitude for the things in life that matter. Is your cock working? Try to spend 5 minutes just thanking the world for giving you a working dick. This is also great for these fucking "im entitled to x" idiots. No you arent, be gratefull for what you have. Once you actually become greatfull, you create an abundance to stave off consumerism and attachment to objects. Your hobby becomes more fun.
3 Physical
Lots of guys on here are on about the gym is far, the gym sux, they are in pain etc. You have to lift bro. I am currently looking at heart problems with tachychardia so bad its kept me from heavy barbell training for a year now. I still do dumbell lifting and everyday swing a kettlebell for 150 reps.
-
if your joints hurt, get some tigerbalm, a foamroller or a ball and just hammer your muscles around that joint. Right now. If its a soft thing=attack it. If its hard=leave it. Do that untill joint feels like 20lbs lighter. I recommend stretching rubber bands around knees and elbows especially, wrap it tight then flex the joint, ive seen 60 year old women walk pain free for the first time in 10 years after just 10 minutes.
-
after you smash, do stretching. Stretch. Stretch some more. The key to why a lot of people dont improve here is just because they dont actually stretch the intended target. You should be relaxed and out of pain, it should just feel like you are slightly stretching. Then ighten that muscle for 5 seconds and relax into the stretch again. You just increased your Range of motion by 10% . Do this daily untill you are fixed.
Conclusion.
To fix most of your problems you cant rely on a doctor. Doctors are more and more just skimming the govt for money in Europe, and in the US its hard to find one who trully does care. Take ownership if your problems and try to fix shit by yourself, especially mental stuf.
