BLUF: women can tell a sheep from a wolf a mile away. Don't try to be Billy Badass, improve yourself in all areas of life and you will become more alpha naturally as you genuinely become a better man.

Swallowing the pill is a profound experience and many of us look back at our past beta behavior with disgust. This is natural and can serve as motivation to change our ways. Do not, however, read the sidebar, taste the pill, and assume yourself to be Chad Thundercock overnight.

Alpha traits are desirable, there is no denying it. But a peacock with no feathers may as well be a fucking pigeon.

Here is what happened to a wannabe I met briefly this week: There is a nice looking girl I recently noticed in one of my lectures and I decided to game her before class. I'm always 10 minutes early and have time to kill so why not? I went and sat next to her, introduced myself, started flirting etc., all going very well. A guy walked in and stood awkwardly close behind me frowning angrily, but didn't say a word and stood there for like 5 minutes while I ignored him and continued. Eventually he had enough and interrupted her to sternly instruct me to get out of 'his seat.' (it is obviously anyone's seat in a crammed lecture hall but I digress)

I calmly told him I would leave as soon as I'm ready to. I joined the military before college and will not be intimidated by some 20y/o wannabe. She gave him a weird look and went right back to our conversation. His bluff called, he stood for another cringy minute before storming off and taking a seat a few rows forward. When the prof eventually walked in I told her it was nice meeting her and that her boyfriend could have his seat back (teasing) to which she replied "are you joking? He is NOT my bf..."

I laughed and went back to where I usually sit, and (obviously keenly observing us) he jumped up immediately and returned to 'his seat.' I watched with amusement as she shifted away, and her body language toward him suggested nothing but disgust.

Two days later in the same lecture, I was 10 minutes early again and this time the wannabe alpha had arrived early to occupy his territory. I walked by, shot him a shit eating grin and said what's up; he was clearly enraged. Five minutes later the hot chick arrived, came straight up to me and asked if she could sit with me today because "that other guy is kinda scary." Law 39 tells us to remain calm and allow our enemies' anger to cause their own downfall. I continued flirting and got her number after class. Not only had he failed, he also made me look fucking great in comparison.

Long story short, the other guy had clearly determined that alpha traits are desirable to attractive women, and thought that by just acting like a tough guy he would demonstrate superior value and impress his mark. He went all in with a weak hand and lost hard because his bluff was pathetic and transparent. He would have been far better off living to fight another day. Instead, she will likely warn all her friends off him and he likely blew it with like 20 different chicks all at once.

As mentioned before, it takes time to improve yourself. Use that time wisely. A successful man embodies what it is to be high value, and does not merely play alpha without the means to back it up.
