Assuming this is nosleeptv/"tip", this guy is a massive Joker on stream. He spends 90% of his time invading other streams, praying to raptoerjesus and impersonating batman. He's a trained actor who can't make money in the acting industry so he's acting on twitch for cash.

This virtual date was a joke from the start. He took a picture of him and the girl from the skype output and used OBS to shittily overlay them on a picture of a bar on the beach. He's doing this for fun and viewers. At the end he ragequits and pretends he's not sure if he's still online or if he's "2119", which is from monsters inc, the code for a contaminated monster with a sock on it's back.

EDIT: I might add that this guy is a World of Warcraft streamer, he plays it up to poke fun at the "wow is for virgin nerds" Stereotype. He's also pretty highly ranked in battlefield, the WoW Player vs Player arena, but not good enough to warrant the amount of viewers he gets just off that. He's a hilarious guy and runs a hilarious stream.

Like this dude has a shot with a hot gamer chick. These chicks hang out with fucking losers all day long. It's in the bag dude. It's even -- albeit lame -- an e-date. So he has a chance to not take it serious and just have fun with the whole thing.

But no. What does he do instead? He tries to treat it like a real life date. It's so painful to watch. He talks about lowering the lights to make it more romantic, talks about the hypothetical limo they drove there, and their hypothetical flowers or some shit. He's even dressed in a 3 piece suit!

But the best part was when you visibly saw in his face him trying to muster up the courage for the hail mary of trying to recover the date - He invites her back to "his place". Which I'm guessing is just another lame videochat room. The look on his face was priceless when she declined. You could literally see his little BP soul get crushed.

Seriously. This IS THE BLUE PILL capstone example. Everything BP is covered in this fucking pathetic wreck. Good find OP.

It looks to me like he's trolling her. And he doesn't sink down and cry, he is surprised that she gave him the "I have a boyfriend" line after she seriously believed they had been on a half hour 'e-date'. I would react the same way.

Although this is still a pretty good example of how to repel a woman.
