I wanted to get your guys thoughts on how you out the idea of frame into words.

For me, I would describe it as a state of "calm indifference."

You're emotions range on a spectrum from negative to positive. Always being positive comes off as fake and needy. Always being negative is just no fun. Indifference allows you to react to situations in the best possible way.

Also, I'm going to school for a medical field and I find the best way to make good, rational decisions is to simply turn off your emotions. Actually, it's not simple, but it's necessary.
